Math, Writing and Language Drop-in
Stop by to get feedback on your writing, help understanding your math homework or work with a tutor on first-year language studies. Free help is available Monday–Friday 9:00am-7:00pm beginning week 2.
Our 1-3 credit courses offer strategies to improve the quality of your coursework, enhance your learning, and boost your academic confidence.
Are you interested in learning about techniques that enhance your learning but can’t invest more than an hour or two?
Feel like you’re falling behind in a class? Get caught up with a tutor. You can join a small tutoring group that lasts all term or request a tutor who can meet by individual arrangement.
Grad School Prep
Are you feeling unprepared to take the GRE or MCAT? Rehearse through our test prep workshops, designed to reduce test anxiety while gaining knowledge, skills, practice and confidence.
Small study groups for challenging classes allow students to gather once a week outside of class to practice course concepts and strategies. Peer leaders attend the classes and design collaborative activities for each group meeting.
