Math, Writing and Language Drop-in
Stop by to get feedback on your writing, help understanding your math homework or work with a tutor on first-year language studies (see Language Support Page for schedule). Free help is available Monday–Thursday 9:00am-7:00pm, Friday 9:00am-5:00pm, and Sunday 2:00pm-7:00pm beginning week 2.
Our 1-3 credit courses offer strategies to improve the quality of your coursework, enhance your learning, and boost your academic confidence.
Feel like you’re falling behind in a class? Get caught up with a tutor. You can join a small tutoring group that lasts all term or request a tutor who can meet by individual arrangement.
Small study groups for challenging classes allow students to gather once a week outside of class to practice course concepts and strategies. Peer leaders attend the classes and design collaborative activities for each group meeting.
