About Elaine

Hi y’all! My name is Elaine, and I am a Professional Academic Coach here at TAEC. I’ve worked, taught, researched and studied at the University of Texas at Austin and the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and now I am so excited to officially be a Duck! I am super familiar with the experience of having multiple responsibilities all while trying to figure out what you want to do with your life (or even just your weekend.) Navigating that journey informs the way I listen, coach and build solutions. Outside of my work life, I love teaching yoga, starting new hobbies and oscillating on the oxford comma.

About Annika

Hey there! My name is Annika (any pronouns). I am a 4th year Psychology and Media Studies double major, with hopes of becoming a therapist someday, while still tending to my hobbies of photo taking and expanding my vast and ever growing physical media collection. As someone who moved around a lot as a child, I totally understand the challenges a new experience can bring, and I’m here to help! Planning for the future can be stressful and hectic for sure, but I’m here to make it feel maybe a little less overwhelming. I love coming up with plans that are tailor made to suit your needs, utilize your strengths, and help you chart your own course. My hopes is that you’ll leave any appointment and session with a newfound confidence to chase your goals (whatever those mean for you) your own way, and find reasonable means of actually reaching them. Definitely don’t hesitate to drop by and come say hey!
