Info Desk Staff

TAEC is hiring Info Desk Assistants (2 positions) for academic year 24-25. These assistants support the tutoring program by greeting students, checking in appointments, answering questions and providing resource information to any students looking for assistance. Pay: min. $16.00/hour
Hours: 10-15 per week
These positions will work in the TAEC, 4th floor of the Knight Library and Academic Success Hub, LLC N.

Position Qualifications
Successful applicants will
- be enrolled at UO for at least an 8-credit hours
- have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
- demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- be committed to fostering equitable and inclusive environments
- be motivated to collaborate within the Info Desk team
Preferred qualifications:
- familiarity with UO resources
- experience working in customer service or reception related positions
